Shelf Pin Hole Jig
This jig is based on a similar jig built by Norm Abram on his TV show, New Yankee Workshop. It is built for a plunge router using 1/2″ collar and 1/4″ spiral cut plunge bit. I used the 1/2″ collar because I didn’t have the same size Forstner bit that Norm used in his version. The index plug is a 1/4″ cotter pin.
The jig is made from 1/2″ birch plywood. It came in very handy when building the loft bed project.
