Box Joint Jig
This jig is a reproduction of the Box Joint Jig plan from PlansNow. It is very flexible and allows different thickness and spacing settings for the joint fingers.
The jig is made of 3/4″ poplar. Instead of using thumbscrews like the original design, I used a combination of nylon-insert nuts and wing nuts on a 1/4″ threaded rod.
